Web16. feb 2011 · It looks like the swelling is moving up his legs and right now it is moving up toward his thighs. The rash does not look like a rash to me. It looks like little red dots from his feet all the way to his thigh. They look kind of blotchy. He also said he drank 3 beers yesterday and only urinated twice all day. WebMy Son is 5 years old and we are noticing red rash in his leg (mostly in knee and below knee), occasionally in hand. No itchy or pain in the rash and it goes off in 3 to 4 days. Checked with dermatology and also allergist but not able to find the cause. We noticed the rash only after he plays in the playground in school or in home.
