WebIt's currently offline while my other three Eufy cams (two 2K Pan & Tilt, one 2K indoor) are just fine. What else is weird is most of the time when it goes offline, the RTSP stream continues to work fine. Around 10% of the times it goes offline RTSP doesn't work and the camera is completely offline until I cycle power. 2 play_destiny • 2 yr. ago WebRemove and add the camera again. Remove the camera that is showing offline in the eufy Security app first, and then set up the camera again as a new device: Setting Up S330/S300 eufyCam (eufyCam 3/3C) in the eufy Security App. If the issue still persists, please contact eufy support engineers for further assistance.
